What we do
From factory to shelf
Link 2 Link Vietnam is a pet food distribution company. We supply pet shops, veterinary clinics, retail chains and the marketplaces the length of the country — and, more to the point, we keep the product on the shelf once it is there.
Our sales team works a regular route: taking orders, arranging the display, training counter staff and tracking sell-through shop by shop. That is what decides whether a brand sells steadily or simply sits in a warehouse.
Alongside that comes the regulatory load: MARD registration, conformity declaration, Vietnamese supplementary labelling under Decree 43/2017/ND-CP and customs clearance. It takes time, and we do it routinely for every SKU we bring in.
Capability
What we take on
We handle the full animal-feed import registration with MARD, conformity declaration, HS classification and customs clearance. The brand supplies technical documentation and health certificates from origin — we do the rest.
Vietnamese supplementary labels designed and printed to Decree 43/2017/ND-CP — importer of record, ingredients, guaranteed analysis and expiry, applied before goods leave the warehouse.
Pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics, retail chains and marketplaces. Each brand holds a distinct position in the portfolio, so they never cannibalise one another on the same shelf.
We run official flagship stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, and work with the platforms on brand protection so the buying experience stays consistent.
Product photography, localised social content, sampling programmes, and in-store staff training so the shelf story survives the counter conversation.
Warehousing in Ho Chi Minh City with batch and expiry-date control, and nationwide delivery.

We import it formally, with full documentation.
